As a little girl sitting on my grandma's lap, I use to be fascinated by her stories from 'The Epic'. So, when I thought of rolling out Stories from AYC, these had to be a part of it. This saree is the first from the collection called KATHA (a range inspired from mythology & stories from the past). This beautiful mustard yellow Bhagalpur silk saree has Kalamkari depictions from Ramayana, throughout. The pallu has the portrayal of the majestic Ram Darbar, along with distinct characters from the chronicle, like Rama, Sita, Hanuman & Ravana, running lengthwise on the border.
